OLGT 2024-42: EAEDC: Clarification of Authorization for Reimbursement of Interim Assistance (AP-SSI-IAR) Form Requirements and Changes to the SSI Application process

Since the release of 2024-20 Interim Disability procedures for EAEDC and SNAP on 3/14/24, additional clarification and a correction is needed regarding the requirement for certain Emergency Aid to the Elderly, Disabled, and Children (EAEDC) clients to sign the Authorization for Reimbursement of Interim Assistance (AP-SSI-IAR) form. The Department has also become aware of changes to the Supplemental Security Income application process.
