OLGT 2024-26: Cross Program: Fixes to Out of State EBT Card Usage Match

In continuation of the updates detailed in Online Guide Transmittal 2023-54,
the Department has made additional enhancements to the Out of State EBT Card Usage Match. The enhancements are as follows:

• BEACON will no longer automatically disposition the match when a case closes due to missing residency verification; the outstanding match will remain on the PI Checklist.
• If a matched client makes an in-state EBT transaction while their case is pending to close due to missing residency verification,
• BEACON will automatically remove the pending closure, disposition the match, and enter a batch narrative.
• Note: BEACON will continue to automatically disposition the match if the matched client makes an in-state EBT transaction before BEACON initiates the closure for missing residency verification.
• The Out of State EBT Card Usage Match view (only accessible to PI staff) will only display matches for pending or active cases.
