OLGT 2022-04: Cross Program: Updates to SAVE and Clarifications on Operation Allies Refuge Guidance

In September, USCIS and DHS updated the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) website by:

• updating the web address and streamlining its Login page;

• changing the label of the “Initiate Case” button to “Create New Case”;

  and

• replacing the “Fraud” button with the “Request Document Review”

  button.

  https://save.uscis.gov/save/app/client/ui/home/ is the new URL for the SAVE website. Staff do NOT have to reset their existing user ID and password. To coincide with these changes, the Department has updated its SAVE page and other noncitizen-related pages in the Online Guide.

  Additionally, in response to feedback from field staff, clarifications have been added to the guidance regarding Operation Allies Refuge, which was originally deployed with Transmittal 2021-83.
