Field Ops Memo 2006-02A: 2006 Social Security/SSI COLA - Correction

This memo gives corrections to Field Op Memo 2006-2 on AU date listed on page 3, and AP date on page 4 of memo. In both instances the date should be January 13, 2006, instead of January 14, 2006.
