12. Can you get TAFDC if you are a teen parent or pregnant teen?

You can get benefits if you are a teen parent or a pregnant teen but you must meet special “living arrangement” and “school attendance” rules. There are different rules for minor teen parents and pregnant teens (under age 18) and adult teen parents and pregnant teens (18 and 19). 106 C.M.R. §§ 703.180-701.184.
