Other Community Care Options for Frail Elders

There are a variety of community based services available to assist elders. Some are available as part of an Aging Services Acess Points (ASAP) /state home care service plan. Some are also available independently. Financing is either private, sliding fee, or through MassHealth or other insurance programs.  This article describes some of these services.
