First Circuit affirms approval of settlement in Rolland; motion to decertify class denied

The First Circuit affirmed the District Court's approval of an amended settlement agreement providing for community placement of individuals with intellectual disabilities who are inappropriately in nursing homes. Objections of some classmembers are rejected and denial of objectors' motion to decertify the class is affirmed.
