Housing Stabilization Notice 2009-01: Decrease to the EA Eligibility Standard effective July 1, 2009

Effective July 1, 2009, the EA eligibility standard for applicants has changed to 115% (down from 130%) of the federal poverty guidelines. The notice includes an EA eligibiltiy standard chart. As Beacon has not yet been updated to reflect this change, eligibility for EA must be determined manually.
