Field Op 2002-08: No Funds in the Rental Arrearage Account

Field Operations Memos 2002-5 and 2006-6 stated that the money in the rental arrearage account was expected to last until 4/12/2002. The funds, however, in the rental arrearage account have been expended. this memo advised TAO staff that there are not funds in the EA account to continue the current EA rental arrearage and disaster benefits.
