Affirmed - Cambridge Family and Children's Service (CFCS), a DCF contracted agency, had reasonable cause to deny the Appellant and the Appellant's home licensure as a pre-adoptive resource for her 3 great-nieces and great-nephews (A, G, and Z) where the following concerns were identified: 1) lack of commitment to completing the homestudy process, 2) lack of honestly and transparency with respect to identifying the total number of individuals living in the Appellant's home, 3) the Appellant's lack of attention to the medical and mental health needs of two of her other children, 4) inadequacy of the Appellant's support network, and 5) concerns over one of the Appellant's children acting violently toward A and G.
