Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support a finding of physical abuse because 1) Appellant father continued to hit child with a belt after the first reported incident 2) child reported that Appellant had used a belt to hit him twice a month since he could remember 3) child reported receiving a scar on his arm from being hit with a belt by Appellant when he was seven years old
