OLGT 2021-84: EAEDC: Extension and Redesignation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Yemen and Somalia

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced the extension and re-designation of Yemen for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months. This extension and re-designation will be in effect from September 4, 2021, through March 3, 2023.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has also announced the extension and re-designation of Somalia for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months. This extension and redesignation will be in effect from September 18, 2021, through March 17, 2023.
