2020-56: Cross Programs: Mandatory Reporting of Abuse and Neglect

Department of Transitional Assistance staff are mandated reporters of abuse or neglect of children, persons with disabilities, and the elderly. It is mandatory that DTA staff report suspected abuse or neglect of any of these individuals to the appropriate agency.
