Attached is the Supreme Judicial Court's order adding rules 8.1 and 55.1 concerning the collection of credit card debt to the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure. Also attached below are the Reporter's Notes on these changes. The additions are effectvie on January 1, 2019.
