OLGT 2018-15: TAFDC and EAEDC – Regulation Changes

State Letters are being promulgated March 9, 2018 to bring all cash programs under the Transitional Cash Assistance Programs (TCAP) heading.
This means that:
- EAEDC Chapter 106 CMR 320 and TAFDC Chapter 106 CMR 203 are being combined to form the TCAP Chapter 106 CMR 703.
- EAEDC Chapter 106 CMR 321 and TAFDC Chapter 106 CMR 204 are being combined to form the TCAP Chapter 106 CMR 704.
- TAFDC Chapters 106 CMR 207 and 208 are moving to the TCAP Chapters 106 CMR 707 and 708 respectively.
EAEDC Chapters 106 CMR 320 and 321 are being rescinded. TAFDC Chapters 106 CMR 203, 204, 207 and 208 are being rescinded.
This is being done to simplify regulations and have all cash programs in one section of regulations.
