Comments on Proposed Regulations on Nondiscrimination in Health Programs

On Sept. 8, 2015, HHS published proposed rules implementing section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act regarding nondiscrimination in health programs. Attached are two comments on the proposed rules one submitted by MLRI and one by MHLAC.
It is not too late to comment, the comment deadline is Nov. 9, 2015. Comments can be submitted electronically. See the website for the proposed rule, a fact sheet and a link for filing electronic comments.
