The Urban Justice Center and the National Senior Citizens Law Center are in the process of identifying individuals who have had their SSI, SSDI, or RSDI suspended because SSA determined that there is an outstanding warrant for the person's arrest. This is an open letter to advocates seeking examples for potential class action against SSA
