SNAP Eligibility for Workers on Strike

There are special SNAP rules for workers on strike.
Many Stop & Shop workers who are on strike (as of April 11, 2019) may be eligible for SNAP. Strikers who were income eligible before going on strike, who care for children under 6, who are 60 or older, or who meet other rules are likely eligible.
