As part of its continued work to support nonprofits as it centers and advances racial equity within its organizations, the Boston Foundation partnered with us to develop a directory of racial equity capacity builders currently serving Greater Boston nonprofit organizations. The goals of the project were to: 1. Broaden the Foundation’s general understanding of the field of racial equity programming, and 2. Provide the Greater Boston nonprofit community with a shareable database of consultants and programs that support nonprofits to address racial equity
