Problems with DTAConnect portal - unable to process or upload documents

See email below from DTA letting the Advisory Boards know that there are problems with DTAConnect today. We do not know how long this will take to get fixed. Meanwhile, clients can mail or fax documents to DTA, see link. https://www.mass.gov/guides/how-to-contact-dta#-mail-or-fax-

Or they can call the DTA Assistance line to let workers know they are struggling to get their documents in through DTAConnect. https://www.mass.gov/guides/how-to-contact-dta

If a client misses an important deadline bc the DTAConnect system is down, please be sure to flag that when DTAConnect is restored. SNAP and DTA cash households should not be penalized for failure to timely submit documents when DTA's online portal is not working.
