PPER Email 2014-06: Offline and Expunged Benefit Notifications

As outlined in Operations Memo 2014-8, effective with BEACON Build 46.1, the Department automated many of the procedures regarding high balance and unaccessed benefits. Additionally the Department implemented a new procedure of storing stale SNAP benefits “offline.”
This memo also described notices clients receive at various points in this process.
