Organizational Race Equity Toolkit

Recognizing how the law and justice system is complicit in perpetuating white supremacy necessitates taking steps to dismantle that complicity. As REJI continues to evolve, it has become a resource for REJI Partners and advocates to build alignment between racial justice values and internal policies and practices. With this need in mind, the REJI Toolkit supports organizations in their work towards racial equity within their operations, programming, workplace culture, governance, partnerships, and advocacy.
