Ops Memo 2011-45: TAFDC-Young Parents Program (YPP) Resumption of Referrals

Operations Memo 2011-28 advised staff that no referrals to the Young Parents Program (YPP) could be made at any TAO. This Operations Memo advises TAO staff that referrals to YPP programs may resume effective immediately. YPP resources will be added to BEACON as vendors are approved; if the vendor is not currently on BEACON, it should be added within the next two weeks.
