Open enrollment 2020

Attached are updated ConnectorCare materials for OE 2020 (Nov 1, 2019 to Jan 23, 2020) for coverage in 2020. 

 

People applying for ConnectorCare coverage to begin Dec 1 are still subject to the 2018 FPLs. See the Income Tables here: https://www.masslegalservices.org/content/2019-upper-income-levels-masshealth-other-health-programs

 

ConnectorCare (CC) materials attached:

1. MLRI upper income table with 2019 FPLs by Plan Type for use by Connector for 2020 coverage

2. CC Overview including Benefits & Copays table for 2020 by Plan Type

3. CC Enrollee contribution map for 2020 by HMO, Plan Type & Region & Look Up Tool (this is an excel file with 2 worksheets, one shows the map, the other lets you put in a zip code & see the HMO options & premium amounts).

 

Minimum monthly CC premiums per person for Plan Types 1 & 2A (150% FPL or less) are 0; for Plan Type 2B (over 150-200% FPL) $45; Plan Type 3A (over 200% -250% FPL) $87; Plan Type 3B (over 250%-300% FPL) $130.

 

The same 5 HMOs as last year are participating in ConnectorCare: Tufts-Direct, BMC, Fallon, Health New England,&  Always Health Partners (formerly Neighborhood Health Plan).  Note that Atrius will no longer be included in the Tufts-Direct network for ConnectorCare in 2020.
