OLGT 2022-97: Cross Programs: Updates to Student Eligibility Guidance

The following updates were made to the College Student guidance that was previously issued on August 29, 2022:

• A chart was added with examples of verifications clients can provide when student eligibility is considered questionable for SNAP

• Clarification on certain student eligibility criteria to assist staff with determining student eligibility for SNAP

• New VC-1 description language when issuing a VC-1 for Student Eligibility for SNAP

• Clarification that educational income that is awarded by organizations other than the college/university is considered noncountable educational income for all DTA programs

• Additional cleanup of existing OLG pages was completed to remove all references to EDUC-1 and CCE forms.
