OLGT 2021-38: COVID-19: Cross Program - Informing Clients About Possible EAEDC and TAFDC benefits

Many families and individuals have experienced severe economic disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some SNAP clients may not realize that they may also be eligible for TAFDC and EAEDC benefits to assist with meeting their financial needs.

A script and procedures have been developed to better assist FAW staff when talking to SNAP program participants about the availability of TAFDC and EAEDC benefits.
