OLGT 2021-26: EAEDC: Designation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Burma and Venezuela

The ongoing economic and humanitarian crisis in Venezuela, has prompted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to designate Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for an 18 month period, effective March 9, 2021, through September 9, 2022.

Additionally, due to the ongoing military coup and escalating humanitarian crisis in Burma, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that Burma has been designated for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months, effective March 11, 2021, through September 11, 2022.
