OLGT 2021-21: Cross Programs: Options for Requesting a Fair Hearing

At the start of the current public health crisis, the Department temporarily paused fair hearings in order to transition staff and establish the appropriate supports necessary to conduct hearings in a remote environment. This included adding the option for clients to file a request for an appeal by phone and fax.
