New Health Income Chart for Use in Open Enrollment Beginning November 1st, 2016

Attached hereto, please find a new income chart for use in ConnectorCare and Qualified Health Plans for Open Enrollment which begins November 1st, for effective coverage beginning in January 2017. These new numbers are based on the 2016 Federal Poverty level and are used for benefits for the year, beginning in January, with enrollment opening on November 1st. Open Enrollment runs from November 1st through January 31st.
Please note for applicants who are applying for current ConnectorCare Plans through a Special Enrollment Period for benefits receivable in the months of November and December 2016, please use the 2015 FPL guidelines for current year benefits.
