A thirty five year old claimant filed SSI and SSDI application alleging disability due to learning disabilities, a hip injury, depression and anxiety.  The ALJ denied the claimant's application at step V of the sequential evalatuion process.  The court held that the ALJ failed to evaluate claimant's credibility when hu summarily dismissed her claim that she was unable to sit for more than 45 mintues at a time.  The court remanded the case to SSA for further credibility determination.
