Affirmed - DCF had sufficient evidence to revoke the Appellant's kinship foster care license. The Appellant was an open kinship foster care provider for her niece, but the Department determined that the Appellant failed to meet foster care licensing standards after 1) a 51A report was filed alleging neglect of the Appellant's biological daughter (Y) by the Appellant; 2) the Appellant and her male friend were caught shoplifting with Y, and the male friend was found with an unprescribed fentanyl patch; and 3) the Appellant failed to disclose her role as a kinship foster care provider during the 51A investigation for neglect as well as failed to disclose the shoplifting incident and criminal charges while her annual licensing reassessment was underway.
