Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support the finding of neglect where, while working in a caregiver capacity as a staff member at a daycare, the Appellant failed to adequately monitor a child in her care, leading to the child's escape from the daycare onto the street. The child was unattended on the street for approximately 20 minutes before a passerby notified the police.
