Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to remove the subject child from the Appellants' unrestricted foster home where one Appellant (Mrs. G) 1) breached the confidentiality of the two foster children in her care by using social media to show images and videos of the children and 2) used social media to communicate with the birth mother of a previous foster child in her care, disrupting that child's legal case and the Department's movement toward establishing permanency for the child.
