Affirmed - DCF did have reasonable cause to support a finding for neglect where Appellant’s child witnessed a pattern of domestic violence and verbal conflict between Appellant father and Appellant’s partner. The Appellant father and his partner made no effort to shield the child from conflicts, and the child’s exposure to verbal and physical conflict has been detrimental to the well being of the child.
