Affirmed - Hearing Officer supported the Department’s decision to terminate services where appellant’s evidence for service continuation was based in 51A reports that the Department had not received. Appellant claimed to have filed the reports in response to neglect of his daughter by the child’s mother. It was determined by the Hearing Officer that the evidence was inadmissible, and that the Department’s decision to terminate services for the child in her mother’s home was therefore reasonable. Matters related to custody of the child were not addressed in this hearing, as they were properly before the probate court.
