Reversed - DCF did not have sufficient evidence to support a finding of neglect by Appellant mother after a suicide attempt during which two of her children intervened and called 911. While the incident was upsetting for the children, DCF did not have evidence to suggest that Appellant had failed to provide a stable home environment or put her children at risk absent this one incident.
