Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support an allegation of neglect where: (1) the child ran away from the home and the Appellant Grandmother did not make substantial attempts to locate the child; (2) the child was off her medication due to the neglect of the Appellant Grandmother; and (3) the Appellant Grandmother failed to provide adequate supervision of the child.
