Affirmed - DCF had a reasonable basis for closing Appellant’s case and terminating Appellant’s ex-wife’s services when (1) Appellant expressed concerns about his ex-wife’s mental health; (2) Appellant’s ex-wife was stable at the time of the decision; (3) Appellant’s ex-wife engaged in treatment; and (4) professionals expressed no concerns for Appellant’s ex-wife.
