MassHealth Guidance on PRUCOL Verification

This updated Feb 2022  Eligibility Operations Memo describes the MassHealth eligible immigration category of people who are "permanently residing in the US under color of law" (PRUCOL) and gives examples of documents that can be used to verify an that a non-citizen has satisfies the MassHealth rules defining PRUCOL.
