Attached is a flyer prepared by MLRI's Health Justice Advocate Isabel Wanner explaining what to do if someone is at risk of losing MassHealth or Health Connector benefits based on incorrect or out of date information that they are incarcerated. The Flyer is in English & Spanish
Also attached is a powerpoint describing a new policy effective in April 2023 providing continuous eligibility for 12-month's after release from incarceration and a preview of continuous eligibility for people who are homeless that is planned for December 2023.
