This Housing Stabilization Notice (HSN) provides guidance on how Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) Division of Housing Stabilization DHS) Homeless Coordinators and Department of Children and Families (DCF) Health and Safety (HAS) assessors are to work with terms used in regard to HAS assessments in applicable statute and regulations.
