Attached is an Assister Update describing a series of December 2023 changes to the HIX system that determines eligibility for MassHealth for most people under 65 and for ConnectorCare and premium tax credits from the Health Connector. The update describes new questions and messages in the online application as well as new system logic in the following areas:

• Update to End Date Rules and Deduplication Process
