Attached are documents prepared by the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) and others about the rights of patients and providers in health care settings in the context of immigration enforcement. NILC includes a factsheet about the January 20, 2025 recission of the long standing policy limiting ICE enforcement in health care settings and other protected spaces.
