FYI: Authorization for Reimbursement of EAEDC from Retroactive SSI Payment

To become or remain eligible for EAEDC, recipients who are 65 or older or have a disability expected to last a year or longer must sign a new authorization for reimbursement form every year. Such form authorizes the Social Security Administration to reimburse DTA for the EAEDC if the person is approved for SSI.
