FNS Report on Massachusetts D-SNAP and DTA Response to June 1, 2011 tornado

Attached is the Massachusetts Disaster SNAP Management Evaluation Report. The FNS New England Regional Office met and interviewed with DTA staff and the Disaster SNAP (D-SNAP) team February 16th and 17th in Springfield. FNS issued this report after thoroughly reviewing DTA's DSNAP operation in June 2011. FNS notes it is "truly impressed by the coordination and hard work of the DTA staff which resulted in a well run disaster response. We intend the recommendations made in this report to not only assist your disaster planning but also be shared with FNS staff and other States as lessons learned and best practices."
