Field Ops Memo 2005-36: TAFDC- Eliminating Deprivation Factor, EAEDC - Eliminating Parental Family

This Field Ops Memo explains that the parental deprivation factor is eliminated as a categorical eligibility requirement for TAFDC. As a result, the EAEDC regulation providing categorical eligibility for some two-parent families who are not eligible for TAFDC based on work history is also eliminated, as these families should now be eligible for TAFDC.
