Field Ops Memo 2005-19: Issuance of New Section 8 Vouchers to Waitlisted Households

In response to new availability of unleased apartments, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is now issuing vouchers to people on its Section 8 voucher waiting list until capacity is again reached, which DHCD predicts will be in June or July.
