Field Op 2004-42: TAFDC- Change to the ESP Referral and Response Form

ESP vendors need to know the number of hours a recipient is required to
meet the Work Program requirement.
The ESP Referral and Response form is used to refer recipients to an ESP
component. The number of hours must be added to the form by the AU
Manager until a change is made in BEACON to include the hourly
requirement. It is expected the change to this form will be in the next
BEACON increment.
