EAEDC Cash Benefit Eligibility and Rights

Low income individuals who are age 65 and over, have a disability or care for someone with a disability and certain children may be eligible for Emergency Aid for Elderly, Disabled and Children (EAEDC) cash benefits. EAEDC is administered by the Department of Transitional Assistance.
