DTA Language Access Complaint (denied interpreter/Spanish speaking)

The attached complaint was filed by Naomi Meyer of Greater Boston Legal Services in October of 2012 under the Department of Transitional Assistance's Language Access Plan for failure to provide language access and copied to Ron Marlow with the Office of Access and Opportunity.

The complaint is in regards to a Spanish speaking, LEP individual who was denied an interpreter in a meeting with a DTA worker regarding his application for EAEDC and questions regarding SNAP benefits at the Newmarket Square TAO. See attached complaint letter.
